D & P Report to Creditors opening page shows that the company and the club are one and the same as they incorporated in May 1899. The Report repeats this several times. Plus Stock Exchange letter proves again that the company and the club are one and the same entity. Court ruled against Southampton when they claimed that company and club were seperate. FA and the court said that they were incorporate and Uefa said that they are indivisible. Rangers FC are about to be liquidated. The game against Brechin will probably be the last with the old logo and name, although Sevco claim to have bought the same, I understand that they would be liable for ALL debts associated with the old club. BDO the liquidators will sort this out. Dangerous to promote themselves as the same club as HMRC and Rapid Vienna may well come looking for their debts. Lets see what they are called once BDO are finished, but I believe they can play games under that appellation until 31st July, thereafter the could be deemed liable for old club debts, if they adopt the brand.
