James nursery tweeted he reckons there will be ncfc transfers soon with hughton after 4 more with a rookie and a experienced defender, a central midfielder and a winger making up that list.
Hmmmm .... I suppose the experienced defender is Davies and the winger is Snoddy - central midfielder ? - probably a DM coming in with maybe Crofty going out ? Rookie - some loanee I'd imagine ? Interesting !
I know we were linked with jack Robinson who is a young LB from Liverpool. Top that off with Davies, Anita and Snodgrass and we will be raring to go lol.
i do think we will be in the market for a left back so a youngster would make sense for that position. i think snodgrass is going to happen and i still think davies will eventually end up here, so that leaves a defensive midfielder. if that's the case then i'll be pretty pleased with that. i know people have called for a centre forward - i don't see the need for that to be honest. if, as the season draws on, we are struggling up front then i'm sure we can throw some money at a striker in january.
Just seen on Twitter that we are talking to Jerome Thomas and Chris Burke, and that the Snodgrass deal is off. That did, however, come from @ITK_TRANSFER so make of that what you will.
highly doubtful we are 'in talks' with jerome thomas seeing as he's currently in sweden with west brom. snodgrass is still on - leeds are the ones instigating where the deal stands. they were the ones who announced a bid had been made, they were the ones who announced the first bid was rejected, that the asking price wasn't met, that his head had been turned, again it was them who said there'd been another bid... i fully believe this deal will happen once leeds have confirmed replacements
