I went in the west stand once , it was absolutely terrible , no atmosphere and a load of moaning old bastards I don't know how old some of you are but why not move to the East Stand ?
Because we quite like our seats, know some of those around us and the only two times i went in the East stand the toilets stank of smoke and the queue's for food where ridiculous. And the fact that the premier club is quite warm at half time is a brucey bonus
I went in west upper once it nearly killed me going up all the dam steps . I had to rest up twice . Also could have heard a pin drop during game , horrible place to sit.. Got dizzy looking down at the pitch as well.
My pass in E7 costs me £395 and been paying monthly since jan at £35 - the Allams certainly need rewarding for getting SB and splashing the cash on the likes of Proschwitz - not sure if anyone else in NPC has spent that sort of money so far this close season.
Blackburn have got Gomes & Murphy and somebody else on frees - similarly what have Bolton and your lot spent on transfer fees ?
Are the mods on holiday and we can come out to play? I still have flashbacks to that fisting pic you snook in.
We've got Proschwitz and then the Amos loan fee taking us to £2.85m. Leicester got Vardy (£1m) and James/De Laet (combined £2m), so they've only spent £150k more (unless I'm missing someone) but they've also received fees for Mills and Bamba, so we'll be at a bigger loss, at least in terms of finance. As far as I'm aware, Bolton have actually spent less than us. Both Lonergan and Mills were undisclosed but the former is believed to be only £250k, with Mills being around £2m. It puts the Amos deal into perspective - £250k to loan an inexperienced youngster for the season, £250k to land a decent backup who is still young for a keeper (28). Blackburn doesn't need much looking into - their £3m transfer of Leon Best alone tops our overall spending. The only other fee they've paid is a "nominal" one for Fabio Nunes. But they have sold Yakubu for a reported fee of just £1m. Unless I've missed players (likely) or got the fees wrong, then that should make us the third highest-spending team in the Championship. Unfortunately, we'll be the worst off when it comes to Profit/Loss for transfers, as Leicester have received £2m for Mills and £750k for Bamba. We however, have recovered zilch. So I'm estimating Profit/Loss on transfers: Leicester £-0.25m Blackburn £-2.15m Bolton £-2.25m Hull: £-2.85m
