Was just gonna post this. Probably his level, the southern equivalent of NFU's league.

I would think he will get a league club once his fitness is up

He's signed for Hungerford. I know he was pretty **** for us but Christ, he wasn't that bad, this is an even bigger fall from grace than Craig ***an.

Hungerford are in the seventh tier, 2 below the Blue Square Premier (Conference). Or at least I think they are - the leagues get pretty damn confusing after the fifth tier as individual tiers are spread across multiple leagues.

Either way, it's a pretty sensational drop - I thought he'd be playing in League One/Two in the coming season.

Sounds about right, I'd rather have a piece of dog-**** controlling the midfield than that ****.

It's a good job Nigel ****ed off when he did too, otherwise we'd still have to suffer watching his blue-eyed boy week-in, week-out <ok>

He's nowhere near that bad, ok he wasn't great for us but he wasn't total dog ****, I've seen far worse. I'd have thought he could play alright in a championship struggler/league one promotion chaser no problem, just not the calibre we needed aiming for top end of the championship.

Imo, I was harsh on him earlier. He's a top fella just his footballing ability isnt as good as his personality. He could play for a lower L1/high L2 team tbh.

He's a decent bloke, although I was put off slightly when he complained that he wasn't getting as much money with us as he was with Sheff Utd.
I said "Tell you what, how about we swap salaries for a year?"

Unfortunately, he didn't take me up on the offer.

James Harper IMO is still good enough for league 2 football at the very least. A team like Wycome would have been perfect. But Hungerford ?........<yikes>

Sounds like he has made his money from football, and now just want to play for the love of it, and be close to where he is currently living.

In fairness he dropped Harper completely once McKenna had signed.
