I'm assuming it'll be a 25s penalty rather than a grid penalty, so where will that put him. I'm guessing a penalty is a strong possibility as Vettel was at best alongside when all 4 wheels went off the track. It's not like he was pushed either as there was a big(ish) gap at the time.
Alonso showing that he is easily the best driver on the grid, just needs a half decent car and he can win .
Jenson did not push him wide he held the racing line through the corner, but good luck trying to defend the indefensible
Shame because the FIA could have immediately told Vettel to give the place back. Common sense does not prevail with the racing rules though. He should get a penalty - simple as. But I wouldn't be surprised if the FIA let Red Bull off for the second time today (the first one - well we don't know entirely the full details so it would be harsh to judge Red Bull on that). Like to see how Horner defends this one with his PR suave.
Class interview from Alonso! Vettel was off the road before he even got a wheel next to Jenson after the corner, he just went straight off the road and got the place If he'd have been more patient, he could have got him later, in my opinion. Who's the cucumber now?
Nothing to laugh about. After his horrible accident where his head was completely burned there is simply no hair growing anymore.
Yeah Jenson straightens up earlier than Vettel and yet he still moves left. So we have 2 incidents, Vettel gaining a possible advantage and Jenson refusing to leave him space.
Its a shame for Vettel, Buttons tyres were all but gone, a bit more patience and he could have got past easily and more important fairly. Heat of the moment error I'd say but none the less a penalty is surely coming.
Has to be a penalty for Vettel. Jenson was ahead, left him space and he just drove off the track. Disgrace if he keeps second.
