Sorry folks, as much as I see a lots of the points in the debate,,,,,, for instance Lee Clarke, Chopra being disloyal ****s. I agree with Cest. But working for a living IE SYD at the dark place, I also agree, its what puts the food on the table and pays the rent. Read today that staff at sports direct will share a bonus of between 35 and 50 grand each. so would I work for them, you bet ya.

But for me this thread is going faster to nowhere than Syds. nuff said.

    A road to nowhere.

Just skipped over this discussion as it seemed too heated. Remember the season NUFC lost the 12 point lead and they played at Blackburn losing 2-1 to goals from Shearer and a young lad Fenwick. Both geordies and self-confessed NUFC fans, but both took great delight in scoring against their boyhood team. Possibly ended the championship dreams that night.Remember Shearer turning away with arms raised to NUFC fans who gave him the usual response.

Point being that nobody goes out to deliberately fail and it is too easy to use their backgrounds to condemn them. Stokoe, Guthrie, Moncur et al made the transion and remained professionals.

Ten past four in the morning, glad to say all the protagonists are fast asleep in bed, or whatever. Hope you all wake up with your sensible heads on, not the ones you went to bed with. anyway heres hoping.

Didn't Bruce turn down NUFC's approach for him? Hmm

Johnson by the way is a huge Toon fan. One of my bosses lost £200 to him over a bet which included Nottingham Forrest and Newcastle a few years ago. I'll get more info on Monday if you like.
