    Pud's already said, in not so many words, that he doesn't care if you reinstate sh. He's obviously not up to the job of Mod as it's clearly getting to him and he's practically stated that he wants to give it up. Don't think there's much debate going on about it really so I think you should reinstate sh immediately and let Pud hand in his brown shirt.
