  1. We're not trying to argue a case for Simmo, were talking about Taylor vs Willo here. Taylor has his faults but it's not nearly as serious as people make it out to be. He's a better CB than Willo, end of.

Willo's mistakes cost us far more than Taylors.

Firstly you can't just say Taylor is better end of because people are entitled to there opinions.

Secondly I think were just gonna have to agree to disagree. <ok>

  3. You have an opinion based on ridiculous reasons though. You don't even think about Willo's errors and how his errors occur several times a match, where it's much less frequent with Taylor.

There's no such thing as a good partnership with Colo, as their miscommunication has ****ed us royally plenty of times this season and lost us points. Taylor never looks like making the same mistakes Willo does at the back.

So yes, at times, Taylor may get caught going forward too much, but Willo's mistakes happen right outside the penalty area, Taylor has time to put it right, and he rarely costs us. We must have lost about 7/8 points due to Williamson.

Tash this is one of the reasons why no one likes you. People are entitled to their opinions man. Just agree to disagree instead of going on about it and calling his reasons 'ridiculous'.

Neither of them, although I'll keep both as cover/competition/subs. Don't think there good enough IMO. Samba/Hangeland please.

  7. You have no right to accuse me of things like that after the way you constantly talk ****e to me.

I get constant **** like "tash you don't know what the **** you're talking about" and "you're ignorant and don't base your opinions on anything".

I wasn't saying he wasn't entitled to his opinion, i'm just saying it's a ridiculous reason to drop Taylor because of this bullshit about his lack of positional awareness.

Heck i don't even know why i'm trying to justify myself to you of all people, you're a ****.

Whoah there cowboy. Chill out. <laugh>

I've never said either of those comments. Others might have, but I haven't. Sure, I call you a helmet, but when it comes to your footballing opinions, I couldn't give a crap.

I've just heard people say that you refuse to accept others opinions, and after reading that, I can see what they mean.

Taylor and Coloccini have a better understanding than Williamson and Coloccini IMO, it's just that Taylor has been injured for so long with only a few intermittent games (not long enough to get back into the swing of things) that people forget that. As to a 'bad positional sense,' well Colo can just tell the lad where to stand, it's one of the aspects of his game that will keep improving long after the other aspects dont, as long as he gets the games to do so.

The championship last season is the only fair comparison of the two, as both had a run of around about half a season partnering Colo, and the Taylor - Colo combo let in less goals so <nahnah>

  12. I can accept others opinions, and you know fine well that you don't just call me a helmet and it's not just light banter you throw at me.

You call me a knob head and a thick **** constantly.

Tash, you need to relax more. It's a internet forum. Insults should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Since when is 'knob head' in the higher echelon of insults compared to 'helmet'?

Tash, everything I throw at you is light banter. I don't try overly hard to insult or abuse you. I just dish out some occasional light-hearted insults, like helmet. I never call you a 'thick ****'. I occasionally think you might be autistic, but that's only because (online at least) you posses a lot of the characteristics of mild autism. That's not meant to be particularly insulting. It's just a scientific observation.

It's just the internet though, don't get so wound up over me mate. If I ever met you in person I'm sure we'd get along and have a laugh, as I would with anyone on here.

Anyway, to make this post of some value, I'd either prefer Taylor at his best, or a different CB. Overall, I'd want a different CB so we have to avoid this mess of who's currently better in our squad. Lets just get someone who is definitely better than both.

Oh and, as for Taylor, he's barely played this season and barely played at all under Pards. I think we'd need to see him in a few consistent games to get back to match sharpness. At the mo he isn't playing at his best.

  17. So saying "Tash you are one thick ****", when i'm just making an article stating my opinion, is light banter? It's not mate, and you know it.

If you start acting more respectfully when you come on my articles i'll be delighted, but you've acted like nothing but an arsehole to me, and even when everyone else is just stating there opinions, you have to be the odd one out and still be a dick,

Chappaz tries to diffuse the situation and you escalate it tash, stop it. You're ruining the topic of conversation.

You do realise that I've never called you a 'thick ****' right? Ever. Go back and check, because you might be thinking of someone else.

And anything on the internet is light banter. How can it be anything else?

Anyway, if you say something decent, I'll reply properly, agree and applaud you for it (as I have done many times). However, if you say something daft, I'll pick you up on it. You'll appreciate it one day. I'm like one of those mean old uncles who acts like a bit of a dick towards you when you're young, but when you grow up, you appreciate it in the end because you realise that I only ever had your best interests at heart and that I've helped mould you into a respectable gentleman.
