After the Walters incident there was a sustained and concerted effort from within the Celtic support to eradicate this kind of thing. By and large, we do not have a problem with it. i know of several physical confrontations that took place in the aftermath of that incident. i have been involved in them myself. I know it is not tolerated and have heard on more than one occasion people being taken to task over such things. I went to spurs V west ham and heard vile racist abuse. Everyone just sat on their hands. I could not believe it.
