Well I am very happy to tell you that you are wrong. The Queen is the Head of state. She presides over a union that many Celtic fans perceive to be fundamentally wrong. She is the head of the armed forces. She has rewarded members of those forces who have committed atrocities in Ireland. A place which a large number of the Celtic support hold in high regard.
