Really looking forward to the Olympics. The sports I will enjoy:

Athletics - Oh I hope Dai Green and Ennis win Gold. Looking forward to the 100m will be interesting to see if Bolt's training partner runs him close.
Swimming - Been to a couple of World Championships would do being involved with the pool industry, you will be surprised how intense swimming is. Phelps to win a shed full of medals. Hope to see Locktee takes a medal off him, he's a good lad. Miley and Adlington to take gold's.
Cycling - Say no more team GB will get a hat full of medals here.
Gymnastics - Always like this, my daughter wanted to go and see this but failed to get any tickets.
Rowing - Another sport that I find enjoyable to watch mainly the end mind.

Other sports that might look at Archery, Handball & Volleyball both versions.

Just looking forward to the whole thing.

    Come on Team GB!!!

Apologies to all for as Master of none says quite rightly reverting to type and admitting who I'd perv at. But how can you not perv at Jessica Ennis and women's beach volleyball? God I hope Sharapova is in the tennis.

Anyway besides perving I'll try if I can to watch the men's 100M and also any div's that are totally crap like that Eric the eel bloke who I thought was going to drown.
The no hopers who compete just for the hell of it are quality viewing just for their comedy value (a bit like Cardiff City).

Perhaps the Olympics should just go back to basics - who can run the fastest and who can throw something the furthest.

yeah, we've included bmxing. I assume it's because we're so urban.

To be fair though, most people my age have given bmxing a go so we are in quite a good position! We have some of the worlds top riders in younger age groups

    Swans M,

Yes I noticed that the English players sung it but not one of ours did. Why should they though ? It wasn't our anthem. I reckon Mabon must have had a word with them.

Lump lump lump lump, I feel sorry for our boys out there, they can't be used to this style of play.

And I agree they shouldn't sing it, I'm just glad they realised that to!
