    Probably, but dont be too sure. The deal could be done, then its done to the owner to announce it and not anyone else. So I maybe clutching at straws like a scarecrow having a **** but its a possibility!

    Anyone who thinks that Bates won't want to announce the takeover, needs their head looking at. He'll want to go out and say that he took Leeds from near death and made them solvent, and has taken them as far as he can. He wanted to leave a legacy for the future and has been looking for the right new owner who would do that and make a success of it for the fans .......

    Off thread, my brother in law didn't come down for the hog roast after all earlier this month due to family reasons so never mind mate there's always next year. Suppose it was a good crowd though as usual? <ok>

    Leeds turn down £500,000 plus, and get White to sign 3 year deal. We now have Green, White, Brown, REDders, and we still have Paynter <ok>
