Happy with the draw, I would't read too much into the result against the icelandic mod. We need to win the first leg at home by a couple (no ****ing away goals for them pplease) and then we should be OK, anything eelse and its squeeky bum all the way.
The opening post by Maltese Mick worried me. He didn't seem to care who he is playing with. I think this is very dangerous after all he has admitted to in the past and even bragged about it. I wished he at least refrained from bragging about his lust and abnormal craving, from this Celtic forum. Just think of the milage that Sevco fans will get out of it when he is caught. It is said these type of people become more and more brazen as time goes on and Mick is definitely aiming at that, it appears he wants to get caught.
Ignoring Mick's attempts to sabotage the draw for hid own selfish reasons, I have to say this will be very difficult for Celtic. The Finnish team has already played 17 league games and are 2nd in their table. Some of our players Sammy and Izzy have not played anytime at all in pre-season. Hopefully this pre-season we will reap the benefit of not having a glamourous and drink filled pre-season more geared to bring in money for the club and more this year geared to improve fitness and team play. We need to be up and at it right from the start.
