They certainly seem to be going in the right direction to get more players and better players into the league anyway, even if they probably know it will never be a big as NFL/NBA/MLB. The MLS in recent years also seems to be able to pick great cities for franchises. When I started my game with Philadelhpia, I did some research into the history behind them, and it surprised me to see that it was the fans who lobbied MLS to give them a franchise. At their first Superdraft, there were a ton of Union fans there to watch the draft, and they certainly made a lot of noise. This season, they've sold PPL Park out 5 times out of 9 and got an average attendance of 18,400. In a 18,500 seat stadium, that's not bad (although feel free to crucify me for low numbers ).

Maybe by then, some light will have been shed on why Conman went for, um, gay bacon strips. At least my rebranding had logic behind it.
