Clyne said in his interview that Butterfield mentored him when he was at palace and he hopes he can continue learning from him again.

For an odd reason he is the signing I am most excited about so far! Such a good attacking rb. To those of the opinion (albeit minority) that we are signing players who lack class, these signings, especially Rodriguez and clyne are the best type for us, they at young and hungry to be playing. As others have said I would much rather sign players like these than big time Charlie players who are not good for a squad like ours. The future is definitely bright, I really want to see this video Cortese shows! For me we need now a rm, cb and gk, keep em comin' nige and nic.
