How did HMRC get 76% of the vote if they were only owed £21m as you claim? The various parties who were due over £29m voted to accept a CVA, so how did HMRC manage to get 76% of the voting rights despite being due less than the parties who voted "YES"? I'll accept your apology
Point is that if my employer told me it was OK I wouldn't question it. Novo and every other player had **** all to do with the decision to use them. Chances are it was their agents that dealt with it in any case. In my job if I don't know the answer, I consult someone more qualified. If what they tell me is ****e, how the **** do I know?
"The two major creditors the 140-year-old club hope will accept payments of fractions of what they are owed are London ticketing agency Ticketus and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC)"
Why would I apologise, I have supplied plenty of quotes saying the amount owed did not include the big tax case.
And I asked you why HMRC had 76% of the vote despite your assertion that they were due only approximately 40% of the monies owed. You ignored the question and it's quite obvious why. You therefore owe me an apology or at least an admission that you were and still are wrong. Forget the apology on this occasion and just admit you are wrong then we can move on. Also in future if you would be so kind as to supply a source when you quote someone or something.
I assume you mean because Juninho might have been (but probably wasn't) illegible? OK, let's assume for a second that he was and that all the results of all the games he played in were to be made null and awarded 3-0 to the opponents. He played 14 league games for us in total. I can't be bothered going back and checking the results of all these but let's assume we won them all. So we'd have gained 42 points illegally which would have to be taken off our total of 92. Giving us 50 points. Dundee were relegated that year with 33 so even if they gained some points from games against us being made null, we'd still have more than enough points to have avoided relegation. Unless you're suggesting we should relegated regardless of how many games he played in? Anyway, so I guess that makes Hibs the official champs of 2004-5. Well done to Broony - his first championship medal
Hello again Medro. I found your quote "The two major creditors the 140-year-old club hope will accept payments of fractions of what they are owed are London ticketing agency Ticketus and HM Revenue and Customs". It was on the STV website amongst other sites http://local.stv.tv/glasgow/103665-rangers-administrators-still-unable-to-reveal-pence-in-pound-cva-deal/ and it was not a quote but a suggested outcome which was made before the CVA Creditor's vote. The clue was in the word "Hope" which is in the non quote you provided. In other words at that time, 29th May 2012 Rangers were "Hoping" that the two main Creditors would accept fractions of what they were owed. As it turned out Ticketus were not one of the Creditor's who opposed the CVA as can clearly be seen here http://www.rangers.co.uk/staticFiles/37/b5/0,,5~177463,00.pdf. Ticketus voted to accept the CVA and they were owed about £27m. How did HMRC manage to gain 75% of the vote against a CVA IF Ticketus were the biggest Creditors? According to you HMRC were due £21m, the document clearly shows HMRC were due £94 and a half million, that's why they had over 75% of the voting rights. Hopefully you will now accept this?
