Why are Rangers negotiating thier punishment with the SFA, I might try this in court "sorry but I can't except 2 years how about 6 months suspended?".

We should just transfer the license and get back to football already, new rangers can be new Rangers and distance themselves with the people how cause the mess.

nothing to be gained by the continual sanctions talks its of little value now they are in the 3rd division and no point in fines either they are already pennyless.

Lets just rubber stamp it all and move on!

Strip the honours and move on, they should count themselves lucky it's only 5 titles and 4 cups when they've been cheating since long before that.

That is my take on it.

Sevco are looking to transfer Rangers licence. The sanctions wouldn't follow the licence if it went to Annan, so why should they if it goes to Sevco?

Take the trophies off Rangers and have done with it.

What about punishments for the cheating? If you find them guilty of dual contracts then you would be looking at suspension for a year minimum.

The point is that club is dead. The new club should be allowed to start in div 3 without any of the baggage of the old club.

Although I understand that baggage was the price of them being allowed to transfer the membership of the oldco rather than apply for a new membership and wait three years before they could apply for the SFL due to them having no accounts.

I agree but its starting too become crossed wires. Either the SFA consider them a new club or the old one. If its a new club then let sleeping dogs lie otherwise its, 12 in a row here we go.

Eric, If this new lot is a new club then it has to have three years audited accounts before it can apply for membership of SFL 3. Even
then it would not be sure of been allowed in. By the way without a board, without their funding sources known and funding available
known it would not get in either, nor should it get in this time. Sevco (C.Green promised the new name yesterday 17th of July, but of course
no surprise, he has broken every other promised), it is claimed were allowed to buy Ibrox and Murray park along with the Rangers
players who lack ambition for a song and that is their link to the discredited Rangers.

There is no 'otherwise'. Rangers will lose the trophies awarded to them during the period in which they cheated. That won't be what the debate is about.

The debate can only be with regards to future sanctions being imposed on Sevco. Bearing in mind that Rangers have not accepted the transfer um-bungo for last seasons cheating which placed only match fixing as a worse sporting crime then shirley a decades worth of EBT cheating allied to that can only result in expulsion. Now if those punishments were transferred to Sevco who were lucky to be accepted into the SFL anyway (no accounts) then that would certainly mean the end for Sevco as well as they don't qualify to get their own licence.

Even the dopiest of Sevco fans don't want that to happen. So they should just suck it up, accept they are a new club, plead that case to the Football Authorities and have done with it.
