    Bat mitzvah? What is that?

I got my nails too. From Húsasmiðjan, they sell lots of things for building.

Now we have news of Scott Loach and his more than probable move who are the Watford Observer poison pens going to hate now?

    No Lorenzo Bassini
    No Scott Loach
    No Troy Deeney

No problems - they still have Big Chris, Garner and Mirfin, not to mention Forsyth.

Not sure for how long though. :(

Afternoon all - been working non-stop since 06.45 and just managed to get a break <yikes> Will be like this now until mid August when I escape for our jolidays

Big rumour of the night (from the bloke standing behind us who is really ITK) is that Loach is being sold to Ipswich - he was at Boringwood last night, we saw him after the game along with Lloyd.

    Thanks for the frothy AK

Come back to work after sick leave to find out that I've got a long service award for 5 years at my work - think I'll use it for an event or events while in Budapest next month. Who knows, I may be able to use it for admission to one of the events of the Jewish festival that week.

Aren't close seasons boring? Nothing happens; Nothing to talk about; and this season we haven't even had "favourite off the ball incidence" and "Best pie I've eaten at a ground" threads. At least Dan has been watching the grass grow at the Vic.

Blimey - 5 years counts as long service?

A friend of mine in Oz packed in work earlier this year after 40 years with the same employer - his long service entitlement after all that was 12 months leave on full pay. On top of that, he hadn't taken any annual leave for 10 years, which meant another 60 weeks pay plus leave loading. Nice work if you can get it!

A Bat/Bar mitzvah is when a 13 year old comes of age...and becomes an adult in the eyes of the religion. :)

blimey! You'd never be able to accumulate holiday pay like that here!

I've only just noticed that our banner has changed - when did that happen?

Not sure that I like the new one - could we have a vote on getting the old one back? <whistle>

The parent company is American and if you think how easily Americans can get bored, is it any wonder? My previous employers were a British company and my award came after 10 years.
