    A quick point.... if he has to RESIDE in Holland until the end of August... surely he could fly over (1 hour) for training for a few weeks until he gets his passport?
    Or maybe it is as simple as him keeping his registered address in Holland...

    We'll have to last a bit of time without him, but I'm sure Saylor and Willo will be good enough for that amount of time

    They were quite stubborn over the De Joong price, why would they be any different over Douglas?!

    Douglas is in the last year of his contract and has been very vocal about leaving, to the point where hes refused to train if I remember rightly, they might be more happy to cut their losses.

    I worry about his attitude and temperament if we were to sign him, hopefully someone else Pards can work with and change for the better.

    Yeah the full story is on the website, it says he wants to go but doesn't mention us specifically, but you would think we would be sniffing around.
