For someone who has only just joined this forum, you seem to claim to know a lot about the history of our memebers.

Unless that is you've already had an account on here in the past ?

AND IT'S ALL GONE QUIET OVER THERE!!
Nothing to add to that one Zlat!?

In addition, calling Koscielny a "skinny Frenchman" is a statement of fact, and accurate too, in the same as calling me a buff, if slightly bodyfat rich, Brit would be accurate ;)

No, it's just that since I joined here, about 2 or 3 of my 3 or 4 encounters with The Bear have ended up with him telling me that so and so player isn't physical enough to hack in the good old BPL...

It's an abbreviation for British Premier League. It's commonly used by people with less knowledge about football. I hope you see the irony.

Are you seriously saying you have seen people use the term BPL ?

Whatever happened to Henri Lansbury? Had so much potential at one point, but was a useless dope at West Ham who was totally outshone by Noble, Nolan, O'Neil and Collison. Complete turkey and certainly not Arsenal standard.

    Yes, I have goonercymraeg.

Sometimes it is used as Barclays, the majority of the time it is used as British, though.

I made that point a few days ago. But apparently after a goal in an exhibition cup which was followed via twitter commentary, all of a sudden he's "a promising talent who Wenger mysteriously let go... nothing at all to do with him being shaite, promise!" <laugh>

To be honest, nothing you've posted so far suggests that you were being ironic.

Why would people use the term "British Premier League" ?
All the home nation have their own football leaguesl

British Premier League is usually used by those who remember that Cardiff, Swansea & Wrexham came and crashed the party because they were fed up of Wales being rubbish and wanted to spend as much time as possible in England ;) Isn't that right Cym?

Those who don't recognise Wales as being seperate to England call it the EPL.

The only problem with your argument is those Welsh teams were playing in England before the advent of the Premier League. In fact the advent of the LOW caused more problems to certain Welsh clubs than the PL ever has <ok>

I never mentioned anyone's bodyweight in this thread.

To be honest 'the Zlatan' you dont seem particularly interested in discussion the actually subject of any threads you post in.

I think we should arrange a not606 day out. A game at the Emirates and a few beers.

I've got a feeling some people on here would'nt be soo cocky in person.<whistle>
