    Yeah, Ashley is an annoying, fat f*ck; but one who knows how to make money - as his millions attest. In fact, the fact he does know how to make money is one of the main reasons he's annoying ... the fat f*ck!

    I'll be sorry to see AC go. Bags of potential, that lad. But if the club sells him, we'll move on as ever.

    Personally I'll give BR at least a season before I level any criticism at him - all managers deserve time to do their job. However, it was interesting how BR said similar things to RH, but RH got slated by more by our fans.

    I'm looking forward to our pre-season - it'll reveal BRs plans and how we'll be playing later on in the year. A new season is always exciting, especially after the last dismal season.

    P.S. Billy: I believe the collective noun for slags is Jordan, as in 'look at that Jordan of slags over there!' <whistle>

    So we sell AC for £35m and then buy Ba, Cisse, Cabaye, Ben Arfa and Marveaux and then buy AC with the change left from the AC sale? GET IT DONE ASHLEY! <laugh> <laugh> <laugh>

    guys i think there is one thing people are not facotring i nand thats what payments are still outstanding to the toon form lfc. did we pay all 35mil yet? who knows.

    all we can say is we took 50mil off chelsea and MAYBE translated it into 20mil in our pockets thus helping mike ashely line his pockets.

    the one consilation is while we can afford it it won't be too long before the toon are relegated again and that should be quite funny

    For me this whole idea of selling Carroll on the cheap is crazy. The only way it would make any sense to me would be if Rodgers has been told he needs to sell before he buys. If we sell Carroll now for £15mil and he turns into a beast in a year or two it will possibly be one of the worst pieces of transfer buisness in the history of the game, not only that but it would be embarrassing.
