Kieron Dyers day is spent fraught with danger trying to avoid injury at every turn.

9.00 am: Whilst getting dressed kieron must carefully put on his 24 carat diamond watch without breaking his wrist

9.15 am: Kieron pours his Kellogs Special K slowly and methodically to avoid Tennis elbow

9.45 am: After stepping out of his car at the training ground a pigeon poops on Kieron's shoulder badly bruising it. He is rushed straight to the QPR medical team

11.00 am: Kieron is discharged and allowed on the training pitch. A stray leaf blows onto the pitch and trips kieron over, badly grazing his knee.

11.07 am: The ambulance is sent back to the hospital with Kieron miraculously able to carry on

11.08 am: Radek Cerny's over zealous re-assuring pat on Kieron's back leads to a suspected broken rib. Kieron is now also complaining of bowel pains

12.30 am: In hospital Kieron is told "to stop fannying around" by a doctor. The bowel pains are attributed to a bad case of constipation due to Kieron not being able to eat fruit in case he chokes on an apple seed

Sorry...but this can't be in anyway credible......if a leaf hit Dyer head on, he would be dead....no question.

This guy is seriously as good as Tarrabt. If he joins I feel sorry for any defence we are playing against next year. Fantastic news if it goes ahead.

No.......he's not!! Won't get in the team imo! Not in a 4-4-2 anyway.

I think SWP should be asking for the seats in the dugout to be padded - he's going to spend quite a bit of time there.

You're allowed an opinion but I think Hoilett is as good as Adel & good managers use formations round players, they don't buy players to go into formations......

    Hughes is a good manager

    Green
    Onouha Ferdinand Hill/CB Fabio
    Diakite Ki/Faurlin
    Park Taarabt Hoilett
    Cisse

    Dream!

Mate, the kid is quality. Real quality. Everytime I saw him play he was man of the match last season and the season before. Bags of talent like Tarrabt but with end product as well.

If you pad his seat, how the hell will he get up onto it!!
Better have a step made too and initials on the padding so nobody sits in his seat.

Don't get me wrong. That's the team I'D pick too. Just don't see MH playing that formation. Hope I'm wrong!! For me, Taarabt should play in the centre of a 3 behind the striker.....his best position. However, if MH plays 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 we will see rotation, with Hoilett and Adel not always starting! I'm not a fan of rotation!

And while we debate the bookies make money. Again the betting has been opened on who Hoilett will join. We're still leading the way but not as convincing as last time.

    QPR 1/2
    Bor Monchengladbach 7/4

Looks like we will have the wide positions sorted, I just hope this doesnt mean Park will be CM where he struggled badly for Man U, they lost virtually every last season when he played there.

We still need a FB, CB and CM.

I don't see why we are buying wingers in Hoillett's position when we have more than enough decent cover for either flank. If anything we are short on players who are natural left wingers, we had Taarabt playing there last season whos right footed and naturally drifts in field putting a lot of pressure on our Left Back to push forward to provide the width. Fabio and Traore will do that gladly but both are suspect defensively and creates a weakness in our defence on the counter which we just can't afford judging from our weakness in defending aerial balls into the box last season.

From what I can see Hoillett appears to be a money grabbing prima donna (which I seen a lot of QPR fans complain about last season, that our players are "mercenaries" who only care about their pocket and not results), and I'd much prefer Mackie to work that right flank if I'm honest. With Taarabt perhaps playing the other flank we can't afford to have two prima donnas putting pressure on our full backs. We have Park as well who is a natural right sided player as well as SWP. As good as he is, I think we could afford to do without him.

As we know nothing is official until it is on our official page. However Hoilett is a good player and what i saw of him last season he could be hit with us. With possible ki transfer we would have enough width on our midfield. Its lookin good fellow R's.

Park: He may not even make the starting 11 on some games .. i take it you are assuming everyone is on form? SWP still has the faith of MH and I fully expect him to perform. The great thing for me is that apart from maybe Green no ones place is safe ... Dyer? can play CM and at FB ... I agree that we maybe looking at CB but too many of you are dismissing Nelson IMO he will become a rock for us.
IN short MH has at his disposal the best squad at QPR in many years but TF has gone on record as saying there are three more at least

You could have said that with a bit more panache Frankster, maybe something like:

"My sources say this is a done deal, 3 year contract signed tomorrow, like I told you last month"

Then we could've all shouted you down for talking shight, etc etc
