****. I thought this was going to be a Justin Bieber thread.

Barton will end up in the lower divisions to keep him fit and help get his ban over and done with as quick as possible. Hopefully he will disappear in January, but not holding my breath.

I don't suppose he will stay out of the headlines and, if he stays in January, will not play for us much unless there are injuries or other problems. Knowing our luck he will see out his contract taking maximum dosh for minimum input.

After watching the adjustment bureau I was hoping we could lobotomise him to forget and reprogram him..... if only carlsberg made interventions...

Loan to blackburn where he can serve his suspension quicker, get some games in and then be sold in January.

Can I be slightly controversial here and say that I'd like to see him back in the squad in January. The more competition we have for first team selection, the better. It's optimistic thinking but with this latest ban and the fallout from it, along with having his first child, maybe he will have mellowed a little. Start him back in the reserves, see how is attitude fairs. Test the water.

    No?

    No?

    Anyone?

Ok, ship him off to Millwall..

How dare you. Nobody is allowed to say anything controversial here.
