Don't you have to have appeared in a certain percentage of a teams internationals over a certain number of years to be granted a work permit.I'm also nearly certain that they have to be competative games and not friendlies

I think you may be right there. But even if he were denied a permit for those reasons, surely he could get one on talent grounds? You have to be decent to start for Brazil.

From Barcelona's perspective it does make sense that they are after a defender that is good in possession as well. Their whole team is in the opponents half 90% of the time, so their CB is more like a CB/DM hybrid.

Anyway since their contracts still have plenty time left, everything is in our hands this time around.

 

We've already got Myachi on the grounds of him being a special talent so i don't know how many times you can use that one.Joel Campbell has been sent out on line because of his inability to get a work permit.If he plays in Europe for a couple of years he counted as a European and is entitled to play here.
Possibly Ganzo could get a Portuguese passport and so be able to play her
