"Knowing the kind of person he is, I'd say yes, he does believe he earnt them."

i've met both michael owen and robbie fowler. One is a polite, patient decent human being. The other is an arrogant gobshite, so far up his own @rsehole he resembles a pink doughnut. maybe i met him (@1999) on a bad night.

I'll leave you to decide which one is which, but when it comes to the "type of person" test I know who I'd choose as a friend if I had to.

I may have chosen the wrong words. Instead of knowing what kind of person, it should have read 'based on the career choices he's made, you can tell...' just because he's a nice guy doesn't mean he won't take the easy way out. I didn't mean to question his character, just his ethic. Nor did I want to start a fowler v. Owen debate... :D
Thanks for the insight, though. <ok>

  3. 100% Fowler...<ok>

And I am ignoring everything that has happened outside of Liverpool Football Club matches too...<ok>

Guess the can of worms is already opened... I agree.

  5. Of course, if you consider everything beyond Liverpool matches, it is more like 1,000% Fowler...<whistle>

I dislike Owen even more as my dad supports Newcastle. Injured 90% of the time he was there, left the second they were relegated. Ugh.

Wouldn't that require him to be on the pitch?

88th minute sub, 89th minute goal, 90th minute injury.

    It's written in the stars.

Thought he would've gotten injured celebrating... Either way, out for rest of season with stubbed toe.
