The only thing Stick is that he won't be done for stamina in the heavy ground whereas some of the genuine 5-6f horses now won't get the trip. I'm not backing him though!
Obviusoly going for a gamble they paid £30k to enter him, so because the ground isnt sticky (apparently) it just loose and wet, it shouldnt suit anyone so they have taken a chance!
Wooly how unlucky am I 2 withdrawn horses- switch to the fav and that happens. In shocking form as it is
Now I am in bad form Stick but SOUL will not win that - not a hope - donkey flattered by his effort behind Black Caviar LTO
I can't be having this as that weak a race. You've got Society Rock who was desperately unlucky lto against the best in the world over 6f, Sepoy who could be anything and it's exciting to see him here, Dandy Boy who beat 27 home at Ascot off of 106 and a smartish 3yo which adds to the interest. Strong suit to boot and an O'brien outsider in a first time visor. What more could you want?
