I used to live in Surrey...you seem to be having the worst of the weather. It's dull but dry here...strange to be excited in July just because there is a lull in the rain.

Seem to have rained every day for weeks. Eldest should be palying cricket three times a week.Lucky if he's player 10 games all summer. Tomorrow is already a wash-out. Let's just hope for an Indian summer!

    Can someone help me out?

I bought my season ticket over the phone but I´ve just made an online account because I thought I might need one in the future, for things like buying away tickets. You buy away tickets online, right???
However, it´s given me a new customer number and I already had one before ( but I didn´t have a password to login ) so I thought I had to get new one. Is this going to be a problem now that I have two costumer numbers??

Don't see why it should be if you stick with the new on-line one.

just use your new one for all future purchases and I can't see a problem. They don't ask for your customer number when you use your season do they?

If you use the new one i'm not sure it will recognise you as a season ticket holder. If you are a season ticket holder you will also have an online account. Use that one.

Should have used your ST number and pressed for forgotten password. Can't see a problem unless you want to book something where ST holders have priority. Any problems though are solved by a phone call if necessary.

but if I want to buy an away ticket, the new customer number won´t show that I am a season ticket holder and therefore I won´t get priority...
I think I was supposed to ring up and ask for a password for my old costumer number. However, I did ring the enquiry line a few times but they never answered the phoned.

Drop an email to the ticket office and explain your situation. I'm sure they'll sort it out.

The first thing I did was press the forgotten password but it didn´t recognise my email address. Having said that, when they gave me a customer number ,about 4 years ago, I don´t remember them asking for my email address. I gave them my address and phone number and that was it.

I used my number from my season ticket that I had in 2005/6 and they asked for a password but I don't remember at what stage. May have been when they e-mailed me asking for update details at the end of season. Gets me into ticket booking anyway.

Yeah, I think that´s the best thing to do... because it´s impossible to get through using the enquiry line. SO annoying.
