    Agree with NJ and Yankee, but it's the old trick, bring everybodies expectations down and if you do go above that your hailed as a genius. Problem is the guy's starting to believe his own hype, you can fool some of the people some of the time etc.

    Time will tell and I for one wouldn't have him back!

    Did you say hello to Huw Jenkins KJ ?? always used to see him in the Adelfi. I dont think the above women drink there though as i dont see any tattoo's on their arms ..<laugh>

    Sort of Musty, its not a dump by any means its at the bottom end of the wind street, which on a weekend is a street packed out with drinkers from all over the place,stag parties etc,etc. The adelfi is probably the only pub on wind street that has the slightly older element in it and a stronger sense of a" locals only " watering hole.

    There are a few rough old birds in there, it has a feel of the "star wars bar" sometimes which makes it great fun for me :)
