Ref your long quote His 500k is based on zero income from tv or sponsorship.....that's a ridiculous statement to make He also mostly goes on about SFL Clubs....how are the negatively affected by Newco in D3? They never play them. Silly Billys
look at me all friendly <valium> was at the view gig last night, work was a total **** the day, bombed her out the night so I can just chill the **** out for a change
Agreed. They are extremely lucky. If rangers had survived I would have thought this a lenient punishment. As it is the new club have gained entry without satisfying the entrance criteria.
Trevor its not all bad , super Saturday when the scores come through ,scot div. 3 gets the same coverage as the premiership , Wonder what price Rangers will be for betting in these games ?? Mind you Annan , Elgin and East Stirling will be great prices at Ibrox , easy money one thinks !!!Then you'll get the match report 6/7 pages from the back the following day .I believe Sunday Post is the best for lower league football in Scotland .
1-1 here between Sligo and the new club from Derry. Admittedly it is a higher level than The Scotch division 3 but it should serve as a source of great solace for sevco fans.
I 'll be at our games it will be like the old days .Radio 5 sports report classified results will be the first time we find out your score. Long wait though , 4 English divisions a couple of conference league then 3 Scottish leagues . Then lastly Scottish division 3 possible results could be Rangers 0 Brechin 3 or Stirling A 2 Rangers 1 or Rangers 0 Elgin 2 or Annan Athletic 5 Rangers 2
Clubs will have to rebudget. If they have less money coming in (which won't be instant) they'll downsize. If sponsors and tv companies drop out others will step in. It will be reduced deals but it won't go from £80m to zero. Others will maybe try and step up and challenge Celtic and who knows hat may be better to watch than Celtic & rangers and the rest. This has shown the spl are clueless on how to improve the product and make money, they can't see beyond he old firm draw of money (which appeal was on the wane). Now they'll be forced to think outside the box. It. May or may not work, but its a long needed change of direction
