Yes, that is the overused, bullshit, Daily Mail phrase. Any person can be a target of racism, but it's considered to be more offensive if that person is a minority. Sexism also can work both ways.

Historically, women have been 2nd class citizens and men haven't as far as I'm aware. Still, you'll find the occasional case of sexism towards men. Sheila's Wheels was ruled to have breached gender equality rules last year.
