Just wanted to make sure all local supporters new about this.

Me and my dad buy them.

10 quid PER SEASON. You get to travel free on the bus and train to the toon on the day before kick off, and 3 hours after it.

Only 10 quid! For a full season!

It would cost you around 3-4 quid just for one trip for two people to the toon, from a lot of places.

You may not think the odd quid for a bus ride is that much, but trust me, it adds up.

They're worth the cash just for getting to the matches and back.

They don't put themselves out to get them to you. I've had to go to the BO before to get mine. Spent hours on the phone before that too.

Had one for years now, since they started in fact and they are a real bargain if you use bus or metro to get to and from the match like i do. Saves a lot over the season.

An old comment about the Magpie Mover Ticket.

Valid for the whole 2010/2011 season, it allows you to travel to and from first team home games from anywhere in Tyne and Wear for up to 3 hours before and 3 hours after the match.

So instead of worrying about finding a parking space or queuing for a travel ticket, get yourself a Network One Magpie Mover Ticket and concentrate on supporting the toon!

    Can I still get one?

Had one two seasons ago and it was mint, but I had a year bus ticket last season so didn't think to get it this time round... So can I take my season ticket to the box office and get the magpie mover?

I live in the midlands but me and my dad come to the games as much as we can. Would we be able to use these from the metro (where we park) to the centre on the train and back?

It allows you to travel to and from first team home games from anywhere in Tyne and Wear. The Metro is inside the area covered by the tickets.

You can always ask Nexus what area they cover, they're supposed to be very helpful.
