If Terry is found not guilty and an FA panel finds him 'guilty' he can sue their arses off them. I'm half hoping that's the outcome, just to see the FA squirm and to see what Rio X and the swathes of publically-funded, single-issue pressure groups - let alone Paul Mcgrath and Loser Blissett - will have to pick their words bloody carefully or they'll end up in the libel courts too.
If Terry is found guilty, will Rio take things further since he arguably missed out the Euro's as a result?
some one said terry should be sacked by chelsea if found guilty (see bbc gossip section) so its not all silence... in fairness as a court case is ongoing people are not supposed to comment.
suarrol, you might be right, terry might have to pay. I don't know. it is a criminal case so terry in theroy should only bay his brief? don't know enough about courts.

Whatever the outcome, do you think the magistrate will wait until New Year's Day to put out a 115 page, self-contradicting, transparently partial and pre-decided report of their reasonings, of which the pissed up, hungover hacks will only read the accompanying summary that has utterly no resemblence to the main body that proceded it?
