Futacs simply aint good enough. Had 2 good games for Pompey according to their fans (1 was at the KP). Reminds me of a tall deep freeze, and 1 was enough. If we want a target man, then get Kane on loan from Spurs - not huge, but won every flick on against us and bagged a number of goals as well. Futacs ? **** off ! As for the Hull target - never heard of him, but good luck. Always interesting to see new players in the Championship. Just a shame more of them arent home grown.

I agree that Harry Kane may be the better option for the short term, but for the long run Futacs on a free at only 22 is quality business by Nige and co.
He's only 22? He seems to have been around forever! Plenty of room for improvement then, but let's not expect too much early on from him.

Nothing like giving the lad a chance, eh? Last year he was playing in poor Pompey side on the verge of implosion. He could well do a job for us with better players around him. At 22 and on a free I reckon it's a decent signing.

Dont like him - hope I am proved wrong if he does sign for us. We dont need him for the future. He is too old for the U21 side. If we are gonna sign a forward, we need someone who is gonna start week after week, and leave Beckford on the bench. Harry Kane is the man I want leading our attack - someone who will make an impact in what is developing into a decent side
