Anyone honestly surprised that King will be hanging up his playing boots, next season? Really?

Isn't that why we are strengthening in defence?

I'm sad to see King be forced to end his career so soon, but we all knew it was coming. More importantly, I think we'll be okay, with Dawson seemingly fully recovered, and Vertonghen newly signed up.
