It's finally here the first official 606 yankee. As mentioned a few days back the idea is to pool the tipping resources of the forum to produce a yankee bet we can all follow or even have a punt on, and whether we are staking at 10p or £10 per unit we will all get to share in our collective success (or not). The idea is anyone who is interested can put their first and second best bets of the day up and around midday i will gather all the info and post the official selections for the day according to most popular selections. I will do it for the next 3 days of the Newmarket July meeting to see how we get on and take it from there. It would be good to see any new posters join in as well. To start the ball rolling i will plump for Newmarket 4.05 Fleeting Smile Nemarket 3.00 Fiorente As we do not know how many will join in lets stick to Newmarket for today as if we spread our selections around we may fail to have any establish themselves.

Thanks Elvis i have changed Gabriel now with Fleeting Smile We need a few more entries to get this one going as we need horses to really announce themselves by getting repeated votes. If those who have already voted would like to add a third selection to their existing post this is also fine as it will give us a greater spread of races voted in, it will be taken as a third selection and so carry less weight but may still be needed to form the final four.

Yes as Elvis has stated it will be the most voted for selections, we did not get too many people post today which was a shame but we just about managed to get 4 horse rise to the top. It's an experiment today but i will run it tomorrow and Saturday and see how it goes, hopefully a few who post on the daily thread will post their opinions even if not interested in placing the yankee, as the idea was to pool our collective opinions to form a fun bet that could have us all celebrating as a group.
