    Just another time-waster...

I love my bacon sarnies with tomato ketchup, but then I also love a sausage and fried egg sandwich, messy but yummy. Last night's late night supper was a fish finger and salad cream sarnie and my nod to healthy eating is a banana and set honey sarnie, super-sweet. I could go on but I'm making myself hungry here but if pushed it has to be the good ole bacon...

I've pretty much lived on cheese and Branston pickle sarnies and would choose that.

BLT is worth a mention. As is the lovely chorizo and lettuce ciabatta I had the other day. Sausage and/or bacon are my unhealthy choices.

Got me thinking about fish finger and vinegar sarnies now.... ;)

I seem to be living on pitta bread at the moment. I love a pitta. A really nice on the go breakfast is a mashed banana and peanut butter sandwich.

Depends on the mood.......Sometimes it's a Derry and Clint special with lashings of Ashley Young all squashed in between.....Or it could be a triple decker ( any combination) all piled up high bearing down heavily on Diouf....

What is the recommended method of preparation with this one?

Hmm, hard to find a favourite but brown granary bread, no butter, layers of cheese and ham with salad and Branstan.

Well tasty as the 'yoof' of today say.

There are many ways Belfast, there may even be ways I've never thought of, but I would recommend mashing the banana on one piece of bread and the peanut beurre on a completely seperate one to avoid cross contamination. After the coming together of the breads, I would suggest a controlled pinch of all edges to seal the contents and avoid embarrassing stains. Try it, you might like it.

Will do, all contents in kitchen. I'll wear a bib for safety as the juices are flowing already.
    I'll report back.

    Bacon.

Fresh white bloomer, real butter, HP sauce (not too much) well done bacon cooked in a pan that hasn't been cleaned since Jesus was a lad.

I also have to mention toasted ham and cheese with a decent dollop of Marmite. Does that make it 1-0?
