I was being euphemistic to spare your feelings.

Still the guy was talking pish because Mourinho (Benfica) and Guardiola had **** all experience and their first major jobs were with big teams. Even Mark Hughes went straight from coaching to managing his country. Experience can only take you so far if you're a ****e manager anyway. I'm not saying Lennon is as good as any of them but we'll never know until he's given a decent run at managing the team.
