Seen this is a few places reasonably, especially today. I know Villa, Fulham and Reading are being linked with him too. Anyone else feeling the heat from this? Is he the striker we need? Personally, I would like him, and then another striker with top flight goal experience.
don't get your hopes up - he won't be coming to norwich. i think we are on the verge of a striker capture but its not him. sorry!

I feel he will be going to a club with a higher wage structure than ours, I've seen figures of £7-£8M being bandied about which I feel is quite a lot of momey for a striker unproven in the PL!!! Anyone remember a certain Connor Wickham???? IMO, I would rather we spend that sort of money more wiaely.
i can't give any clues because i don't know! i've heard we had bid for a forward - again, don't know who, but it was just a bid, not sure it was accepted. all i do know for sure is that we definitely aren't in the market for jordan rhodes - i asked someone high up at the club and they said 'no chance', so unless they were telling a porky, which from the tone of their voice is not likely, he's not even being looked at
actually that's wrong - i know this. your sell on clause is 10% of any profit made by huddersfield, so you will get a windfall but not 25% of any fee
I think that kid will get goals in the Premiership. Look at Holt, Long, Graham, Morrison. It's not such a big ask for strikers to step up the the Prem and bang some in. I also think Wickham will be a good striker, he just left too soon/wasn't loaned back for a season or 2. I can't think of a proven striker I would want that we could get.
I'll surprised if we haven't even looked at him, maybe put off by the 7 million transfer fees being thrown around.
yes, sorry - didn't explain it well. i guess we looked at him and went down a different road. i think everyone has had a look to be honest!
personally, i don't think rhodes will score at premier league level (not literally - i'm sure he'd get a few, just not bundles). personal opinion based on what i've seen - not convinced he's got enough about him but i may be proven wrong in time. still would have been nice if we were the club to give him a chance but as i say, i'm not overly bothered to be honest. he's vastly over priced
