An awful player. And everyone knew at the time that £35m was a joke except some stupid scouse fans and a few other people who still think football is in the 1980's.

Rodgers is all about passing football. Literally this is what he believes in...the barcelona style. You cant play this system with andy carroll up front. it wont play to his strengths and he is so terrible on the ball that it wont help the team either.

And no. I dont want him because he is absolutely ****ing awful.

I suppose he is "unplayable" (according to Alan Shearer). And we all know that Shearer proved what a brilliant football mind he was when he masterminded Newcastle's relegation.

If Liverpool want to play fast and free flowing football then they need to remove obstacles that could stop this, I personally don't rate Carrol and don't think he is good enough for Liverpool and the Premiership for that matter. He slows the pace down and try's to hold off defenders which is a very 1 dimensional approach that can be sussed out by defenders very quickly. Suarez on the other hand will fit perfectly into Rodgers strategy. Although he seems to be a very hateful and angry person you cant doubt Suarez talent and if Liverpool can get a striker to compliment him then I can see them becoming very clinical upfront. A good move by Rodgers if true <ok>

Next season, Andy Carroll will play a bit part role for Liverpool, before then completing his summer move to Stoke for around £8 million.

Andy Carroll is similar to Danny Graham who Rodgers used as a striker for Swansea so I found this a strange move. Perhaps they are not friends.

Giroud is a far far better player than Carroll, and the same type. I can't see any reason why we would get him.

Bit early for that prediction, lets see how Giroud gets on first, he does look like a good player though.

How is it a bit early for that prediction?

Giroud is, well, was the best striker in France. Andy Carroll is mediocre player.

Ok you dog. It is simple Giroud was one of the best strikers in France, he is untried in the Premier League therefore it is a little early to make such assumptions. As I said he does look to be a good player.

I know you lack intelligence so, In logic an assumption is a proposition that is taken for granted. I hope this helps you to understand. You Dog!
