The diamond does not work unless we have an out and out attacking midfielder. The reason why we dont do well is because we have no wingers to hold up their wingers in the oppositions attacking phase. fair enough we have no fully fit lallana or chambo, but we have people who can play perfectly well make-shift or not on the wings i.e. Guly, Forte and N'Guesson. Enough of the slate, get behind the team and back them for a good win against Bristol !

Im fully behind the team, i just don't belive the diamond formation works. In regards to your make-shift wingers only Forte is really in favour, as Guly is more of a through the middle player and N'Guessan has been wiped from the face of the Earth, probably by Martians.
Guly is too inconsistant, he is premier league quality once in a while(probably once a season) but other wise a liabilty to put it bluntly.

Had we lost against MKDons, but won last night then we would be, er, exactly where we are and everyone would be on a high as we took second place with a game in hand. We have a decent run in, and it's still in our hands. So, slow breathing exercises.... It will ok.
Thing is at the Walsall Game ... they had a decent keeper. I dont think we really tested Rochdale keeper fully! Game lost , put it on the back burner and get over it... lets move on! Heads up tho lads ... if anything fans need to remain postive and support now more than ever! The team needs us this part of the season!
The best thing last night was no cards, did worry that we could have been too competitive and picked up the odd red or two, seems the Referee forgot to bring them, or were we too timid?
