If someone got him playing to his best consistently I'd quite like Klasnic from Bolton. also Isaac Vorsah-Hoffenheim don't know how regular he is for them but he is a great DM in the African Nations. Wins everything and runs out with the ball
I like the sound of John Guidetti, after all, he went on loan to Burnley. 6 month loan maybe - good playing time in the PL?
Guidetti is fairly highly regarded worldwide I think, he was my first thought but I was really after a class strike option without forking out millions. Bridcutt would be good, but Brighton seem reluctant to sell so he could end up overpriced... I'd rather take a punt on Annan If we must have a holding midfielder, Reo-Coker? Defenders aren't really my strong point but I think now we have (essentially) signed Whittaker, we only need a CB and a LB so no need for Naughton. Not particularly fussed about Snodgrass, seems like a cocky bastard and I hear he isn't exactly quick! I'd much rather take Eagles from Bolton if his wages weren't too high, I liked him at Burnley and he stood out even when Bolton were struggling at the end of last season - every chance seemed to come through him!
Also, when it comes to Fletcher I think he has a lot of potential but the attitude of Chris Martin. Quality player but not worth the probably 8m+ it would take to get him
Snoddy isn't quick but I wouldn't call him slow. He's not the type of player to beat a player with pace but more tricky footwork. I wouldn't call him cocky either. I think he could make the step-up into the PL quite well, he is a better player than Howson and you guys seem to think he is decent. But I do actually think Chris Eagles would be a pretty good signing for a club like Norwich.
Davis, clyne, rhodes, redmond and annan. If we could splash out on this lot and move chris martin and crofts on job done. I like crofts but he looks out of his depth in the PL.
i think rhodes is a total no-go to be honest. he is massively over priced. redmond is also way too expensive. i'd like clyne the most out of those mentioned by bedford. i reckon £4m max on him but he's a terrific young player who is only going to get better.
Yeah, not certain that Clyne is very realistic because he's veeeeeeery in demand! Would only be tribunal fees though. Rhodes and Redmond, like others have pointed out, will be horrifically overpriced. Not that I wouldn't like to have them all!
Anybody been watching the Euro Under 19's, congrats to England by the way, for players. The lad Sanogo at Auxerre was attracting a lot of attention during the year and I wonder if anyone has seen him play. They were playing England last night.
