Aye but what was the point in that wage reduction? if anything it looks as if they done it to keep fit for the transfer market because otherwise they would've left straight away.
Here's a thought, if those players have had their clearance denied, does that mean players who agreed to move from rangers <rip> to sevco will also have theirs revoked? Is it just coz they went to English teams?
I'll happily admit to being a dumbass, but why is it only the players who went to English teams and not to the new Scottish 'team' that don't yet have a league to play in? I'll even accept a drawing if it makes it clearer
Any Celtic fan willing to explain this to me, seeing as the newco fans seem to be in full Beelfast mode?
**** sake tina. There is no issue with people playing with rangers again because no one is arguing against it while the players leaving have Green arguing against their moves.
So Green's instigated it? Ok, thanks for that. What if, say, another SPL or SFL team objects to the old rangers <RIP> players transferring to newco, would their clearance be revoked too? Am just asking, not looking for a fight ffs omg lolzy
Am away to make waffles. And just like that I'm put off because I seen tina and typed waffle and the first thing that popped into my mind was a certain rangersesque colored waffle.
Dunno if Green instigated it. What it appears to be is that the transfer of the players registration from our fitba association to the association of another country has been refused clearance. Dunno why.
when you have signed a contract in a company name and it goes bust. the contracts become void. exsample is: you are working for tesco and signed a contract under that name then tesco goes bust. then the co-op take over tesco. under employment law when your company goes bust your contracts are void not worth the paper its written on if the company who takes over wants to have the employees who are there have to get a signed contract under the new company name first. which the people do not have to sign as they are not on any contract anymore because tesco went bust and the contracts automatically go void. so they have not broken terms of contract at all they have used the employment law because now rangers is bust all contracts are void and they have the choice to sign or not they don't have to sign for new company. maybe you might get a goodwill payment but thats up to the team that have took the players they legally do not have to though.
