He is looking good at the U19's Euros, we have to give this boy a chance, he will be big. A video of his performance against Portugal (ended 3-3) sums up his passing range and great dribbling

Absolutely...looking around for young talent and we may have it already. May still be a little lightweight at the moment but I am sure BR is well aware of him and it won ld be great to see him get first team experience poss in Europa league

Judging by that video you'd wonder why he hasn't broken into our first team before now!

He looks absolutely class, if him or Sterling don't breakthrough at all we might aswel close the Academy

Suso played well against Greece too

Does look impressive. Like the fact he's comfortable coming deep and picking the ball up from the defence and dictating play but also capable of getting in between the lines of the midfield and defence as well as playing wide on the right.

Be good to see him get a few games this year or posibly go out on loan to a top end Championship team / lower Premiership that play decent football (Swansea?).

Would love to have this lad on loan at Hull City. Would benefit both clubs, he would be a starter for us, giving him lot of experience, and giving us quality where we need it

Looks great. I hope we can keep hold of players like this until they're ready for the first team. He may get in there earlier with BR as he seems to suit the style of play we're looking to produce.

Is it true that Brendan Rodgers has said in the last couple of days that he now wants him to go out on loan and get first team football?
He needs to play every week, so maybe Swansea not the best bet at this stage of his career??
Bristol City were linked a couple of weeks ago.

If he does continue to develop then a future front 3 could be...

    Suso - Suarez - Sterling

  11. I appreciate what you're saying but Dani Pacheco dominated that tournament a couple of years back too <ok>

That looks good to me. What a waste if they dont get any football this season. I think anybody who's seen alot of them would agree they have the potential to be world class. Start blooding them now + a bit of football for Coady , they could form the core of a team that challenges for the league in 3-5 years time. Only way we're going to do it (unless some billionaire Sheik or Oil baron buys the club).

Would you rather see Adam or Suso in the team? Give him a chance (and by chance I mean more than 10 minutes at the end of a game) and if he shows he is good enough then so be it, if he needs to get more competitive experience then loan him out.

I personally feel he will have a big future wherever he ends up, hopefully it is with us.

Also Spain play Estonia today, Its on Eurosport not sure what time if you want to see more of him

  14. Depends on the progress of the latter. If he isn't ready then I'd rather see Adam in the side despite how poor he's been because putting Suso in too early could destroy him, aka - Pacheco. Even Owen has admitted recently that he burnt his self out playing from such an early age.

Besides that, would it be Adam anyway? Gerrard and Lucas are ahead of Adam, plus there is Shelvey, Spearing, Cole, Aquilani (I know) and Henderson before even considering any new signings coming in.

For goodness sake! The lad is still a baby in Premiership/Europa terms. He has to start gaining experience by playing short cameo roles when the time is right. It's exactly the same situation for Sterling. The future looks bright for these kids but that is what they are - kids.

But look at Arsenal. Maybe we should gamble like they do.

I think it's become harder for the kids to come in and play a role because the first team has been struggling for a few years, the mood was quite down and it simply wasn't the right environment for them.

It would aid their development if they were playing in a team which is full of confidence, winning games etc.

We need to give young players opportunities but we also need to take care that we don't knock their confidence. I'm all for the likes of Suso and Sterling getting the right amount of playing time to better their development but they are not ready to play week in week out.
