No seriously, you have to. You will actually piss yourself laughing at some of the stuff that's happened.
I had been managing Birmingham City before I resigned, and took over Plymouth after promotion from L2. This was my first season with Plymouth.
I found out why the whole Crewe team is in the England squad.... Spoiler [NSFW]He takes over England[/NSFW] Not necessary but I've never used the NSFW before...

Loving the influx of players coming to me saying they've achieved all they can and want a new challenge. Bastards.
At least it's not just me. For about 6 years I've had my two best CBs come to me and say they want a challenge, oh and Luke Shaw always says that as well.
That was awesome, was devastated when I got to the end at about 3am. I want to do it as well, what team are you going to use?
how did he start it? did he get rid of most of his players? cus he holidays it and yet the assistant picks the youngers in the senior squad
I think he just ticks the box that says "use current tactics" or whatever so that all your youth players play. I'm trying to work out what happens when you (inevitably) get sacked, I suppose you create a new manager and take over. Also the maximum is 200, I got an academy player with PA of 194
Wow nice which team have you taken over? Yes i understand use current tactic, but is there something so that makes sure ur youth get selected?
I'm using Crewe. I basically released every player bar the ones who are 17 and under. It gets you relegated, but then you can start getting a team together in the BSP. If you can keep Powell and Clayton for the BSP, you'll walk it. Just in the summer now. As someone put it in that thread, it's basically like you're the Director of Football
