Also does this indicate a lack of funds again? eg sell to buy? Would Warnock have really took this task on knowing it was a complete rebuild job losing all our key players? Think he has been sold a lemon & our season is in the balance already. **** or bust with this take over now, and still a big ask to totally rebuild a whole squad. Morning all - Mate of mine said he has seen several rumours stating that Snoddy has given Warnock a verbal agreement he will stay till January - Sounds a little strange as he would have no choice whether to or not seeing as he is under contract. I fully expect some activity in the next 48 hours, would bet my house on Peltier, Varney and Norris all being Leeds players before Wednesday. I just can't get excited of Varney and Norris, would prefer to see us sign Chambers even if he is a free - Maybe Chambers, Peltier, Norris and Varney wouldn't be a bad quadruple would it??

Morning all. Really thought we'd have heard something definite on the subject of u no wot. Heyho, this is Leeds & it'll probably happen after he tansfer window closes. Just our luck. Don't like this rumour mentioned above & elsewhere about Snoddy going to Villa. Him linking up with Delph seems reasonable. But just as we looklike possibly mving forward on the finance stakes, we could lose our best player. Time will tell.
Too many new faces for my liking, NW has one hell of a task to keep us up at this rate, that's if he stays. As for the T, cannot see it anymore, someone somewhere would have dropped a snippet of info by now.....nothing.
Bucks I can't see the likes of Varney, Norris and Green getting us anywhere better than 8th or 9th mate. This league is not going to be any easier this season, in fact if anything its gonnna be more difficult. Bolton, Wolves, Leicester, Cardiff, Forest, Blackpool will all be up there, then there's the likes of Blackburn, Boro, Brum, Hull. It ain't going to be easy and we need a better quality of player than most of who we're being linked with. Hopefully the takeover will happen and we'll sign a couple of quality players as well as keeping Snoddy. I'm just beginning to become worried about it now. Maybe its the years of being a Leeds fan or the last 7 years of Bates but after a lot of initial optimism, I can feel it draining away. Whatever anyone thinks of Clayton as well, I find it worrying that we're selling young players with potential, but yet keeping the likes of Pugh and Brown (Although he hasn't signed yet obviously) and we seem to be selling so we can buy. Sorry bud, hope you're feeling a bit more chipper than me

At this rate Warnock will end up doing a Murray - starting out life as that great British hope getting all these teams promoted & taking on his final & biggest challenge, only to end up as that sad lad from South Yorkshire destroyed by an attack of the Bates virus!!!... or something like that.
