    Well when he was young 17 people were killed in the gym while he was at School and he had to hide under a desk.

    I didn't think he was directly involved but being so close to it has to live with you.
    Anyway, I've never been a big fan of Murray but I did feel for him today.
    Great respect to Federer who, having just won a record(?) 7th title had to put up with Sue Barker asking him to say how great he thought his opponent was. I thought he handled the whole thing with dignity.

    Federer!!!! (im swiss so of course i support him) hes always been top class with the post match speeches. Delighted for him and delighted that he got the number 1 back and will beat Sampras record, when he lost it last time i never thought hed get it back. Top man

    Murray just couldn't up his game when needed, I thought he was terrible after the first set you could see Federer taking control and Murray didn't have an answer.

  14. Murray played well but, if we're honest, it wouldn't have made the final had someone not got a freak result against Nadal.
