Ok, so what time is this Brit batting off today? <laugh>

I bet it is on the same time as F1 as well?

brb, the BBC coverage begins at 12.55 but I'm not sure of the match itself.

Well...... the weather in NW Kent at present is abysmal........ and seeing it aint to far to Wimbledon from here ....it looks like a roof job to day.......that will enclose the pressure and notch it up another level for Murray.....and he doesn't need that.

I do expect Federer to win today, but that will not stop me being right behind Andy Murray...

    Come on Murray!!!!

Plym, they both have good records for playing under the roof and it will help whoop up the noise which is good for Murray, he likes the crowd behind him.

I'm predicting a Federer win for reasons I explained on another thread <ok>

I have yet to see his semi (recorded on Sky) but will take a peek tonight, so will make judgement on that. But Federer is favourite. If Federer plays like the 2003-2007 form he will slaughter Andy in three sets again, I'm afraid. If the contest goes 5 sets, Andy will win. For Federer to win, he needs to win in 4.

I don't get why so many Englishmen want Murray to win. The vast majority of Scots and Welsh despise the English and would never support England or an Englishmen in anything <doh>

Come on Federer, thrash the pasty-faced Jock !! <ok>

The major problem Murray has is that he always seems to have a spell in any match where he is useless, something you can't afford to do against someone as good as Fed.

I'm well able to distinguish between being English and British...If it was an England v Scotland match I would be supporting England, but as this guy is representing the UK as well as Scotland I have no trouble in supporting him..

I have to say I can't stand Murray. He is totally lacking in any sort of respect, is as selfish and self centred as they come, and is basically just a spoiled little twat. Every year I hope he goes out in the first round, and I'm gutted he's got to the final. Here's hoping for a 6-0 6-0 6-0 to Federer.

    He's a Brit - end of!

I'm English but I have no probelem with the Scottish - hell I even tolerate Sterio <laugh> Somewhere along the line I have Scottish decendants, my maiden name is Mclean. I hate anti Scottish/English sentiments unless it's to do with the two football sides, IMO it's the only place it's relevant.

I heard a guy on the radio yesterday doing the usual bullshit about how the Scots and the Welsh hate the English. He mentioned something about when England are playing football the Welsh and Scots all wear the shirts of the opposition.I was really stupid enough to pay £200 to buy four footbal shirts to wear once each during the Euros
