Brendan Guilfoyle in his position as administrator for the Bradford Bulls Rugby League team .........sacks manager Mick Potter and the entire backroom staff.

Guilfoyle axed 15 members of staff plus Potter and chief executive Ryan Duckett.......Guilfoyle then offered Potter the opportunity to stay at the club and continue WITHOUT PAY which the coach rejected.

Quoting from the Daily Express Mick Potter said "I was embarrassed that he asked me as I am sure he is not working for nothing. I physically could not do that".

Asked whether he felt he had been stabbed in the back,Potter said "I have been stabbed in the front. There is something going on here that is not right".

The players have vented their feelings at the crises-torn club and wonder if they will be next.

Stand-off Jarrod Sammut tweeted: "this is unprofessional....never seen anything like it in my life !!"

Brendan Guilfoyle,of the P & A Partnership, said "This is about survival. We have no cash and no funds have been offered, There are no alternatives.

Brendan.......why don't you look-up the phone number for the henious ginger one.....he might want to buy a Rugby League club.......but he might keep you waiting five months for the money.

It sends shivers up and down your spine thinking about it...... because that was us this time last year......Brendan Guilfoyle obviously loves his job.

"we have no cash and no funds have been offered"

Guess that means he won't be submitting an invoice for payment then. Oh hang on...............

I bought some windows about 6 years ago from Launa. I had a problem with a window still under guarantee and phone them. To be met with "The firm went into Administration" would you believe the day before I phoned. Now how lucky was that. They send me a screed about the Administration that basically said I was entitled to nothing and the guarantee was a bag of XXXX. No suprise there but this report was about 25 pages long. It also gave the hourly pay for the Administrators and staff. After payment of their fees there was to be no money for any unsevured creditors. Shock horror surprise surprise. Hamper company paid out nothing to anyone who had sent them money because......the Administrator took all of the money that was left which was over £1m. Just wait till the Rangers bill comes out.

Good job Brendan Guilfoyle is not the administrator for Rangers....could cause a teeny weeny bit of trouble......good job he isn't then........if he was crying over Green Army intimidation.....just imagine what 40 thousand jocks could have done to him on a Saturday night........the undertaker wouldn't find enough of him to put in a match box let alone a coffin.

The point I was making above plym was that all Administrators are exactly the same. Scavengers.

Spot on Sensible, no point picking on Guilfoyle, it's the way the system works. If you want a scapegoat for the PAFC saga, look at Ridsdale not Guilfoyle.

The point to note though is that if you don't want it happening to your club, don't pressurise the owners to spend money the club can't afford.

It was Guilfoyle who chose the ginger one.......it was Guilfoyle who was made to consider Brent in the end......no scapegoat was required with a scavenger in charge.

Hi Sensible, that is what i think of that person! Yes i have seen Jocks message and will reply. Things are not so bad now. Had another week recently in Hospital with him. It is very difficult at times, with work being busy and having to keep helping out at home. There is no support from the community team or any one. Its so difficult to get any help with some things. But we manage and the Wife is doing a great job, constantly up with him, keeping him going and trying to get him as mobile as we can. But we know he will not get much better ,but all the smiles and giggles are worth the world.
Any how how are you and the wife? Hope fully i will find time to get back on a bit more. I have been enjoying the weather. Did you see the tennis today? What a good result!!! Boring game any way its not for me.
The ginger one as well Plym. Plym is the wife up and running again?

We are both well thanks joe. I can appreciate you and the wife are probably run quite ragged at times. It can be hard enough with kids without any problems so although I've never experienced what you have to do I can only imagine it is not easy. Smiles and giggles make up for lot. I hope things get easier for you as time goes on. Plym's Mrs had to have exercise so he stays in bed now and expects her to provide the tea and breakfast for him but then again he always was a lazy old git.

Keep in touch and try not to overdo it. Lifes too short and you should make the most of it.

Glad to hear that you and your wife are soldiering on with the young one.........thanks for asking about Mrs Plym her hip op was a success and she is building up the hip muscles with excercise........just a few other aches and pains to work through now that she is able to walk properly without favouring her hip anymore,as sensible says keep looking in on us.

Hi Sensible, glad your ok. Well yes we try and get out as much as we can, but the weather has prevented that! Things are difficult but will get easier i am sure. I never imagined it could be so difficult and trying. I am definitely getting to more games this year and i hope one day i will be able to bring the little Joe.

Glad its going well Plym, keep mrs Plym moving and making your breakfast just like sensible gets daily from his wife!!
    Thanks for the good wishes.
