Is there something about 5 years and creditors?

 

Nope. There were rumours that if a buy out happens within 5 years creditors would get a percentage back. But dont forget Bates took control of LUFC from the mystery men a few years ago so any payment (if it was indeed true) would have happened then. But as I said, I dont think it was true anyway

 

I posted this yesterday and still think it may be the case. If it happens on the 13th, it will gives Bates the opportunity to stick two fingers up at the creditors once again

A total myth that's been doing the rounds. Creditors are due a payment if Leeds are promoted to the Prem before the start of the 2017/2018 season. There is no other clause in place.
