good skill, terrible defender.... suso made him look as bad as he was but in the step up the seniors he'd be kicked up the line if he took that long. suso learned hard work this last year, that'll be the thing that get shim noticed.
Absolutely, he needs a work ethic - every member of the team should have a bare minimum work ethic. But, obvious difference of competition or not, he clearly has an audacity and skill level that's very encouraging. He's comfortable playing his way - hopefully he'll stay that way and we'll benefit.
